currently he has 17,129 

larry bird has 21,791

pierce has scored over 1,000 points every year and last year scored 400 points more than he did the previous year if pierce can stay healthy for 4 more years i dont see why paul pierce cant achieve this and absolutly cement his legacy in boston!
